Processing Time Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. During high‑volume periods, processing may take up to 36 hours.
Shipping Schedule Orders placed after 2 PM EST may begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the fastest and most reliable option for your area.
Delivery Estimates Delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, delivery time is outside our control.
Tracking Information A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but carriers control delivery once the package leaves our facility.
International Shipping At this time, Blue Glass Glow Boutique ships within the United States only. (If you want international later, we can add it.)
Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and your location.
